Yes - we offer a fully functional trial version, which you can try out for 30 days before you are required to enter a license key.
In principle, yes. If you are offering workshops or have some other reason to purchase multiple licenses, feel free to contact us - perhaps we can work out a good arrangement.
First, you purchase a personal license from our online shop. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email containing the license details. This information can then be entered into the software on the next launch.
Our licenses are not limited to any specific number of computers.
The license is personal, so you will have to contact the buyer and negotiate a payment between you. Once that is done, contact us to generate a new license. Once done, your license will be void and you are obliged to uninstall the software from your computer(s) and device(s).
Yes. In compliance with European consumer laws, or other relevant consumer laws we offer refund on a purchase. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us personally.
Yes, assuming that you have a valid VAT number, this can be entered during the checkout process.
As a result, the VAT will be deducted from the total price. The name of the company will not appear in the license itself, but will be featured on the order confirmation / invoice.
No, the same license will work across all supported platforms (Windows/macOS/Linux).
A “full version” license will let you receive updates for one full version.
In other words, if you registered at v1.1, you are entitled to all updates up until (but not including) v2.1
